I've been hoping that it would be possible to switch over to 1/4 inch hose for filter cleaning. According to the pressure loss chart at 5 gpm I will lose 1000 psi per 100 ft.
Does that mean that since I'm starting out at 2000 psi that if I go 500 feet that I would be at -3000 psi and can now us the hose as a vacuum? :rotflmao1:
Seriously, have any of you guys used 1/4 inch hose at 300ft plus? What should I expect?
