Pressure Cleaning & Roof Cleaning YMCA Palm Harbor Florida!

We were contacted a couple of weeks ago from the YMCA corporate office in Tampa Fl, about Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning for one of their locations in Palm Harbor Florida. The Cleaning consisted of Concrete Walkways, Pressure Washing the entire exterior of the building, Curb Cleaning and Cleaning portions of their Shingle Roof that were heavily infested with mold and algae. We also cleaned all of the outside of their windows. Keep in mind, this entire building is over 30,000 square ft. and their were tons of windows. Lets just say my wife never wants to Clean another pane of glass. LOL...We arrived at 6:00am Sunday morning and completed the entire job by 3:00pm. Thank God for my wife and for great employees. Without them we never could have gotten it all done in one day.

I looked thinner 30yrs ago period. :yes4: I'll see if I can't put together a biker outfit by February.

Chris, they have got 26 more locations that they are talking about Cleaning on a yearly. If they want me to sing I will be more than happy to do so for them. :rap:

Awesome job !! I've seen how quickly & efficiently you and your crew works.

It's always a good thing when we can give 'props' to our wives !!

Thanks Terry. As usual I thought this particular job was going to take a bit longer. At least 2 days, but we pushed the envelope a little. I always think we could be a little quicker and more efficient but I guess that's just me. We always seem to get them done. The one thing that slowed us down a bit was the fact that on a 30,000sq ft building they only had 3 water sources to use. We had some serious water supply lines laid out. At one point we used 500ft tied into a T feeding 2 Pressure Washing machines. Add another 225ft of High pressure hose to that on each machine. I wasn't sure if we were gonna have enough Pressure on both washers but we did. Sweet!!! I was a happy camper. :yes4:
