Power Washing Stencils

For flatwoek I would think it would be prime for a demo. They would have to look at your name every day until they called.

Thanks for the feedback, to respond to your points:

- Can it be bent out of shape? I'm sure it could if you tried. In fact I accidentally set it on an uneven surface for a few days. When I went back to it, I thought there was a slight bend in it and I was bummed. However, when I laid it down on the surface, it laid down perfectly with no gaps. Its heavy enough across it, that unless you really bend it, the weight will force it to lay down flat.

- Emails/SPAM? This is my 7th year of power washing. In that time, I have received thousands of emails to correct my erectile dysfunction and to grow my "member". While I can confidently say that I'm ok in these areas, I certainly was annoyed to constantly receive these emails. However occasionally, I receive emails from other members in the industry, selling new types of equipment, or special offers on chemicals, etc. Was it still spam, absolutely, but I wasn't really annoyed because it brought some targeted value to me. However, if I offended anyone with an unsolicited email I sincerely apologize. My intent was to introduce to as many people "who do what I do" a new product in the industry. The email addresses were gathered from previous industry emails and Google.

- HERE'S AN IDEA: From what I can tell, the stencils have been well received, although there are some concerns and unknowns. Certainly an unbiased representative (who obviously is not me) could shed a greater light on the value/no value of the stencils. If the board as a group wanted to suggest someone ( I would suggest a senior member/administrator), and they were interested in reviewing the stencils based on your suggested areas of concern, we would gladly furnish a custom stencil for free. Any thoughts?

Thanks Marc

Send one to Ron.
He will do a fair evaluation and he won't be shy about the results.

We sold one from stencil call back, today owner calls and say you left your calling card. My salesmen Tim jokingly laughs and says he will be right out to wash it off. The owner says no just get me on service, I gave you permission to the demo and I like the effectiveness of what you’re trying to sell.

Tim makes and appointment to discuss the scope of work, he then finds out that the other company had been out night before. Yes the demo was still there as plain as day. Gum too, gum was everywhere.

They began talking about the other guy was another owners Son. He was suspect of work not being performed properly. He then proceeded sharing the story of the customer service call. The contractor came out and tried to say just like some here pointed out that the letters had been etched in the concrete. We were prepared for this and had our chems and brush ready. Tim simply sprayed the areas and began agitating with brush. Demo was gone and the concrete around the area was clean also.

Jim (owner) said he already knew. Simply because the contractor was not even willing to try to make and attempt after Jim said he also didn’t think it was etched just that it was dirty.

The other guy started making excuses and then started talking poorly about my company. That’s when Jim decided to call his Daddy on the phone and explain that he was no longer using his son because it’s against their policy’s and ethic’s as a Christian company to speak this way about another person or vendor.

Our price was higher and he feels that if the stores cleaned properly by us that his customers will have a value in a clean location. He also had had complaints from close customers that it had looked bad outside. He will be mentioning our name at his next regional meeting.

I will post photos on this location at later Date…..
