Pressure takes it off, we have used a turbo nozzle the last few times we did it. Your going to end up removing allot of the sand in the process.. Sounds like it wasn't installed correctly in the first place.. I have never seen it installed correctly so no surprise there. Once that stuff gets wet for a few minutes it's starts to get soft and ends up lifting a little easier. Bring some regular joint sand, and some seal n lock and sell them on properly stabilizing the joints. I'm not a big fan of polymeric. But there are some here that have success.. My margins are way better using regular sand and sealer and in my opinion is a more permanent solution. Once the sand is sealed you can hover the pavers the following year and not worry about lifting the sand. Good luck Al, start hydrated
