Russ is a great guy! I not just got my last machine machine from him, I also got 24 hour support (at least it seemed for as often as we talked), immediate results and worst case scenario if I needed a part it was on my door step by 8 the next morning. Russ is a huge asset to all of us contractors and we are lucky he puts up with us.
