Plaza in Clearwater Florida

We have a 20 and a 24 HP, both running 8.g GPM.
They get around 7 hours on 6.5 gallons of gas.

Larry - You would have killed to have a 8.5 on this job. If you had 2 of them you probably would have been done on Saturday.
:)

I really expected a machine like that to drink more fuel than that. 7 hours on 6.5 gallons of gas is not that bad.

Larry call me next time I will rent you my rig 525 gal. 2- 8gpm hot waters and a 5.5 hot water
Rent? That reminds me! What day is it?

Just sold a Hotbox from my storage unit.

Bad timing

Thats ok,,, I just sold a hot box 4 months ago cause I rarely ever used it!

I had promised David O'connell that I would post these before and afters. This is a Villa comunity that we did last month in Clearwater. 108 Driveways, Drain gutters, curbing around islands and club house walkways. I only took a few before pics. Took 3 days and I thought my feet were gonna fall off at the end of each day! LOL

Ron, Ya know what really sucked on this job? It cost me $64.00 in fuel just to run my machines. I am over this gas bs. From now on I'm sliding in an exra $100.00 on any job like that to help cover my fuel expences. Heck never mind that job. ALL JOBS from now on! LOL:)
Just an FYI. I do alot of concrete work for local dealerships in the area and always rinse the black top. When we did start trying on this job much of it was rolling right back at us. I got over that real quick and gave up. I do agree though it would look alot better. LOL-Now I'm sorry I posted that pic.....LMAO

Hey Larry consider yourself lucky, i have spent more than that on tolls in one night. It cost us $550.00 a night to work when were out of town..Now that hurt's.

The Arab's are going to Bankrupt this country, and this government is going to let them. Iran is making threat's because they know we cant afford another war. I never thought i would live to see Budweiser sell out to Germany, the Arabs just bought the Chrysler building in N.Y. whats next Mt Rushmore?

Nick the $64 was for a plaza. The Cost for the driveways I posted fuel wise was around $200.00 which is still less than you for 1 night but it still hurts. :( I heard the statue of liberty was thinking about moving because she cannot afford her taxes and insurance...

This is how I spent my Saturday and Sunday. Did all the concrete at a plaza in Feather sound. Some of you guys down here in this area might know it. It's the plaza where Stormin's night club used to be which is now "The Venue". Anyway, 3 months ago we did the plaza across the street that the same company owns and I guess they were impressed so they had us do this one too. This particular one is more like doing 3 in one. We did all concrete on 2 levels around 2 huge bldgs. and offices and alot of sidewalks that I don't think have ever seen soap and water. One stretch alone is a little more than a quarter mile long.

Took 3 of us Saturday 9hrs. and 2 of us 6hrs more today to finish up. Lots of concrete. My legs and feet are killing me. LOL And these are only a couple of pics of some of the front we did. Lots more on the sides and in the back of the bldgs.

I forget your the Commercial pressure washing King of Tampa Florida as well as the roof washing Guru for Florida.

WOW! It's funny seeing old posts like this...Since doing these Commercial Cleaning jobs we've been able to do a bunch more. Town Home Community Pressure Washing and Roofs Cleanings. A couple YMCA's, and a few Hotel Pressure Washing jobs. We are actually going to be doing the Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning for a pretty big Villa Community very soon.
