Here is a plastic Owl standing guard over the Exhaust fan we cleaned a few days ago.
I dont think its working- The HVAC unit was covered in Pidgeon Poo. And NO I didnt leave it on the fan. It was attached to the exhaust port of the HVAC unit!
Had to put my name on the pic So pics are farther down in thread.
A whoopsee. First post would not allow me to edit the picture.
So I deleted it and reposted.
I had allredy removed most of the Pidgeon Poo before I took the picture.Started cleaning before I realized what a good pic this would make. You can see how black the inside of the fan was before I started.

I've been doing this for well over ten years, and I still enjoy it!
Shoot a spotted owl or a tourist, makes no difference. Especially if the tourist is from east of Oregon. At least the owl is edible, can't say that about tourists!

" If they call it Tourist Season, Why cant you shoot them?"
I heard in OR there is no closed season or bag limit. As far as table fare, might as well eat Buzzard.
To answer the other question..................... Taste like Chicken ( Spotted Owl that is).
