The pictures that people are posting will not show up on my laptop but do at work....any idea what I can do to change that?

We Upgraded the server the other day with double the memory, possibly settings. Give them a few more days

On your work computer you're probably signed in with the "remember me" box checked. Bet you're not signed in on your laptop.
