Here are some before & after pics of a stucco building we cleaned this past weekend. They were very pleased with the results as it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Look real good. You'll get faster at it with more experience. It is good to take your time at first and build up speed naturally over time. You can also search the board for info to shorten the learning curve.

Just curious. Did you do all the work from the ground or did you have to get some light pressure up close using a lift to get those stains out? If you did do it all from the ground with a soft wash would you choose doing it differently (with a lift) next time knowing what you know now? The building looks great by the way!!

We did everything from the ground. No, I wouldn't choose to do it differently. There were maybe 2 smaller areas where some pressure was used but an extension wand took care of it pretty easily. If the building was another 10-15 ft higher, a lift might have been necessary.

To the person asking what type of surface, it was stucco.
