You will love the express van. Put some air shocks on her and put her to work, the shocks only cost around $80 I think for the set.

:happydance:Got a great deal on this van. 2002 chevy express 2500. 257000 miles, but runs like a champ. Needs a tuneup and thats about it, of course besides all the vinyl that I will be putting on it. Hope to start making money with this badboy soon.

We use the vans in the city and parking garages all the time with hot water rigs I will try to post some pics. I'm still learning how to use this iPhone. It might take me a minute

I may change to a van install. I cant drive my box or pull a trailer on the parkway and my work load in this area has increased . Had a bunch of traffic issues last year

It's not that bad to clean filters service the pump engine repair small stuff like fittings. If its something that will take a while we will pull the machine out with our forklift. That thing is a lifesaver sometimes.

Van for me. I had a flatbed, I had a trailer. Like the van the best so far.

We do parking garage cleaning. I have been using pickups with trailers behind. Anything that goes in the pickups gets damaged, and trailers are a nightmare for Toronto traffic and tight inner-city driving.

Does anyone else do garages? do the vans fit inside?

We clean garages all the time. For alot of the lower garages we just have to take the ladder racks off. Also try to remember to have full tanks of water going in to the garage and when we leave.

If anyone else has pictures of the inside of their van that they could post I would greatly appreciate it. I bought a 2001 e250 and I am trying to figure out my foot print and if I should install a 1 " sub floor so I can bolt everything down without putting a bunch of holes in the van.
