It ABSOLUTELY does/will affect residential. We already had a go 'round in NC about residential cleaning. DO NOT think it won't hit you somewhere.

For those that are not sure what a coalition is here's a brief summary.

A coalition is a pact or treaty among individuals or groups, during which they cooperate in joint action, each in their own self-interest, joining forces together for a common cause

Danny & Celeste are right Don.

Houston BMP's say that if you wash a house and your House Wash hits the ground.....You're a Polluter, and subject to a Fine or worse.
