Over 12 years we have all banned each other, the funniest was when they banned themselves by accident ...LOL Grant and Russ did it. Scotts the practical Joker

As for admins the very first one here was Mike Hughes who left this business around the age of 30.. He's doing well and every now and then we connect. John we have had no admin Leave ever, Mike hughes Left the industry. He Still in fact Tunes in, don't be surprised if he doesn't respond here.

But I was banned here for real a couple of months ago because of actions I took on another bb.. That ban here was soon lifted by another person here who took care of it who hasn't posted much in yrs over here.

The admins are typically appointed. What usually happens is that an admin that has been serving for a while will get tired of it. He will typically talk to Ron, since he owns the board and discuss a potential replacement. Sometimes Ron will suggest someone and the outgoing admin will say no. Sometimes the outgoing admin will suggest someone and Ron will say no. You would likely be surprised at some the suggestions that did not fly. When a new admin is appointed either the outgoing admin or Ron will call to see if they are interested. It goes forward from there. Any previous admins still retain full powers, as long as they are in the industry. The current admin as final say on decisions, usually.

Here's the Head Cheese Steven Button , at the end of the day Steven choice is Final.

Just like when Grant was there and Certainly When Russ was admin, Scotts been head Admin Twice. Scott Certainly the quickest to make Decisions fast.

The Admins all have and area Here you cannot see as well as the other supported Staff. Yes Staff is involved with membership here, staff gets involved at there own pace with whatever aspects.


PWI will take a few people on New window cleaning, training only they will not see the staff area here only learn how to use control panel to moderate the new window Cleaning forum.

People here are Volunteer, they in fact run the place. Scott , Russ, Grant & STeven will confirm I do not always get my way.

I have actually come Close to being Banned , like everyone you get into heated discussion that can get personal.

I Dis-spell those who insist this is RON BBS, trust me its a promise to this industry I have Kept. I started it and gave it to the contractors.

Unlike the competing places who we are not competing against we encourage members to resource information anyplace.

PWI IS free for all, any Distributor can advertise here.

All those Banners at the top are free, the directory is free. the Youtube module is FREEE

NO one here makes Money Except on the calls they receive from Customers to Hire them.

Scott, what do you mean by "retain full powers"? Is that sorta like being a board member?

I have no concerns whatsoever about whether you profit from this - you had me convinced a long time ago that you don't.

Mostly trying to understand this organization, because it would seem the window cleaning side will be owned and run the same way.
That showgroups page with 20 or 30 names - are they admins, or staff? (Or do both words mean the same thing?)

I guess you forgot about banning me at TGS...(and then Scott Stone reversed, then you banned me again then Beth Reversed, then Beth banned me again) I only say this cause I see you saying this(that you never banned anyone) in posts here and TGS, and would hate for someone to accuse you of being a liar and spreading deceit.

Now that's to funny. Oh by the way Michael Hughes did an excellent job as an admin here as he did on PWN and he's doing pretty good today as well. I'm sure your going to call him and tell him some line of bull with the usual negative stuff.
Jealousy Ron will get you nowhere. Still waiting to see you do something positive in this Industry and truly commit to something all the way thru where it succeeds instead of bouncing back and forth and attacking someone or some group like you always do... When are you going to break out your Elmo dolls again on YouTube like you did in the past making fun of the UAMCC? I give you 6 months at most to start doing that again..lol

You were the one guy I would have banned no doubt but if you remember correctly and I know you do I didn't activate your Ban because of an error on my part due to the lack of experience with banning. I also took all of your infraction points off and gave you a Clean slate while you we're all along selling your products to not only home owners but to other contractors in different areas on the bulletin boards.

And you still got banned all over the net eventually. Go figure.

If Steven is gone Scott or any of the past Admin would make the call in his place. Staff members do not have authority to functions. Staff is very limited on control panel.

Staff also is involved with the Day to day business but often they do not ever have to do much because the Admins usually handle things properly.

Some staff are very active and get involved moving and watching spam and porn when it hits the BBS. Some move threads from advertiser that post in the wrong areas. Staff is active here when needed, everyone is great on the staff.

People are able to volunteer for staff, they will be on staff if Steven approves them. Staff members start out with limited Control panel permissions.

There are some behind the Scenes perks....

No the Window Cleaning will not be ran in the same Fashion, it will have a facebook module. This means your Facebook password will log you in. This BBS will run vary different and one of the first of its kind. Coding is being done as we speak.

John there's not a guy here that doesn't know Ive likely done more positive for this industry in one year than most have done in 20 Years.

Elmo's funny, be lucky I can make light of bad situations, John negative doesn't follow me. Jealousy LOL Has no one told you I'm the luckiest man in the world.

John National Cleaning Expo is Running Strong, UAMCC is being Flooding with members, Certification is Opening next month and member will start testing. The BETA lasted 60 days and we are ready. 2013 we have Slated to ad KEC and Window Cleaning.

In case you didn't read the red Type Scrolling we hire Nichole to assist the Org. SHe is Popular and well like by all, she is a shining star in this industry and will do wonderful.

I might not last two weeks without Elmo so there's no promises there.

I promote John, I Blow people away. Sometimes I offend them, sometimes I Shock them. In the end they get the help they needed become more successful and better there lives.

John, I have been moving forward without the industry. They move to Slow, besides at the rate the industry has moved I figure we are like 15 years ahead now.
