First time customers are due at time of service except for large companies i.e Outback, Wendy's and so forth. Residential is ALWAYS due at time of service.
Typically net 15 or net 30 are my terms. Most if not all of my customers pay within 2 weeks. I keep it this way and let them know this is why I can keep my prices low.
If the job is over $10,000 a %20 deposit is due with the signed bid.
