Here's some more pavers cleaned with BT 200

This is a new neighborhood on the Waterway thats still being built, manager calls and says construction company had major leak of what they think is hydraulic fluid, goes all throughout the neighborhood but what they were really concerned about was the front entrance pavers at the guard house. It was about 100 ft or so and had been there over a week.

Went applied BT 200 straight and brushed in. Came back next day and you could actually see where the BT 200 ate the stain, it was lighter or gone on a lot of it, its hard to describe, couldnt get good picture of it. So the next day I wanted to make sure it came up 100% so we applied some concrete cleaner and used surface cleaner. It came up 100% and looked great manager was real happy. After pic didnt come out great it was still a little wet

LOL, that will never happen, but the BT really has worked well for me on pavers

What did you do with this stuff? Apply it, pressure wash it up, then apply it again? I think thats what the directions said. I have a big hydraulic oil stain on asphalt. Any suggestions on how to apply?

Apply it and let it sit works best, for me on PAVERS, thats the key and then come back and wash it. I havent had much luck on concrete so far and I have only tried it twice on concrete. Pavers its worked great though

Asphalt its TOTALLY different I have heard, get with Doug, but I hear you have to leave it on asphalt up to 23 or 30 days, something like that. BT 200 isnt an apply and wash up 10 minute type product

yea I took and applied it, let it dwell for a few hrs, brushed it really good a couple times, then pressure washed it, then applied again, It got alot of it up, so hopefully what was applied will get the shadow up. Since its in my driveway, Ill let everyone know results on asphalt

Cool, maybe put a little more down, quick brushing and let it stay there

Dwell time is the key for this product to work best. the longer the bacteria has to eat the better your results will be. Leaving it behind on the surface will speed the time it takes for removing the shadowing.

Yea its been on over 24hrs now. I applied the first time, let dwell, cleaned with hot water, applied again.

What kind of results have you had so far Ron?

Post some pictures of the results, maybe some today to show 24 hours then tomorrow then another day, etc.... That would be good for selling the product and show that you used it on your own property.

On heavy oil on asphalt you are suppose to just leave it down for many days I think 23 days and I also think you dont have to wash it after those 23 days

Me too on pavers.

I have a real big and nasty paver job coming up in Dec, oil has been down for years. Going to order some more BT 200 when they sign the contract. Looking forward to doing another paver job with it

We did these several months ago, we applied 24 hours before and then cleaned with hot water. These stains were from leaky buses and we never could get them all out over the years. The BT 200 worked so good, I and the property were amazed 99% of the stains came out of the pavers. I've cleaned this place for years with some strong chems and never was happy until now with the BT 200. The longer you leave it the better

Yeah that spraying 24 hours really worked on a few I did as well.
