Parking structure washing 02 cents possible in California

Make sure you have them run the elevators to the top before starting. Learned from hard knocks!! It will cost you heavy to repair an elevator.

Thanks I've read that story everything all done with that or still dealing with it.

Well the old addage anything that can go wrong will! Was told to block off the first week of January, that I was the top bid. Then when calling to confirm and ask for the contract to be signed I was told that they gave the contract to someone else, who was 500.00 cheaper out of a bid over 15,000.00. The owners gave it to someone they knew obviously... That one really hurt the start of the new year.

Sorry to hear that hopefully something else comes thru to replace that income.

Its been a year, are they ready to do it again, ever look at the finished product of the other company?

If they were they could use someone else. While I'm not one to burn bridges, they lied and were underhanded. And while no contracts were signed, a persons word should still mean something, if it's not worth keeping, they're not worth working for.

Approx how many car stalls are in a 80,000 sq ft garage? I'm not smart enough to go by sq footage although we do base things on how many stalls/ramps etc.

Thx
Mike

Just wait a bit and AC will have a class you can take on how to make money at just .02 a sq ft, and you will definitly make money because you will have a certificate saying so.

the actions of that property management or manager was under hand but its worth a recheck, they may no longer be there, or the job by the other company was not that great. For the listed revenue its worth to check IMO

You can make a little money at 2 cents if you don't use hot water, you don't remove gum, you don't rinse and you don't reclaim and you better be able to surface clean at least 100,000 sq ft in a couple hours. In other words if you don't do a professional job you can squeak out a little money at 2 cents a sq ft.

A parking space can be from 75sqft to 200 sqft but the average space is about 180

Does that include roadways? I have a price per stall figured out that includes roadways although I have no idea about sq footage. I think if I asked a customer how many square feet a place is they'd lie to me and I really don't have time to be measuring when I can simply count stalls. Different way of doing it but it seems to work out quite well for the most part.

The IP I says their standard is 320 sq. Ft per space. This includes the drive lanes, etc.
