Now I am confused. The e mail I received from Saint Johns county schools stated you bid .025 cents a sf. The numbers you post are inconsistent and inaccurate!

.025$ per sq.ft. with hot water and .025$ with chemicals. About 90% of the concrete we clean requires both( which equals .05$) in order get it clean. Sorry for the confusion.

If he's getting a little less than $.10 a square foot for every 60 days then more power to him. I know of some parking garages around here that are getting cleaned for less than $.02 a square foot yearly. I'm almost sure the $.02 a square foot the contractor isn't reclaiming the water though.

Reclaiming a one time Garage will require additional .03 per foot.

Now this is starting to get a little interesting. How much extra do you charge a square foot if the schools want the gum taken off Jason?

$.05 a square foot with chemicals and no gum removal especially at schools where there are thousands of pieces of gum on the ground at any 1 given school. I would think if you clean a school without removing the gum along with it would be a wasted effort. I always thought the whole idea of cleaning concrete was to remove the gum, oil stains, drink spills, ect.

Maybe I'm an idiot but something just doesn't seem to add up.

In the fine print, it said gum removal was not part of the quote. Its that simple, and I am not gonna complain one bit.
And even if I do end up doing a job for .025$ I will do an excellent job. If I dont, then Scott will.
 
Realistically, reclaim does not add that much cost to the bottom line. There are costs associated with setting it up and tearing it down. It is an excellent selling point and can be something that seperates you from the other contractors in the area.
As for pricing, I don't understand Florida pricing, so I cannot even begin to comment on it. For here, you all price like a bunch of nuts. I know that no matter what anyone else says, I can't get the huge prices that others claim, but then, I also measure things differently.

My question is,..for residential pricing..curious if anyone has a "menu" or price guide/sheet so to speak
that I may be able to use to get ideas from to give to customers to
make pricing jobs a little more efficient/ "Set Prices" for me with the
option of being flexible..I've seen a few price sheets that offer packages which would be cool to,
they just weren't very good ones so I figured I'd come to the pros! My friends here @ P.W.I

I'll take the 8 GPM unit for $1000 and the reclaim system for $500, if they are in decent shape. I would post other comments but I think I'll keep them to myself for now.
