I am not sure what it is your doing?
Can you just use a x-jet to blow off the loose paint? Then use the x-jet to apply a combo of bleach, detergent and TSP [my mix for paint prep] then rinse with the x-jet?
Are you doing a strip job on the fence or just washing it for another coat of paint?
Fence i charge by the lin. ft. per side.
For just cleaning i would use a pre-carb bleach,TSP,and detergent[makes it stick and suspends the dirt]
One other thing to think about. Who is responsable for all that loose paint clean-up? It gets stuck in the landscaping, you, the driveway,ect...
if you are, you need to get some loose weave poly tarps [the type they use to let water pass but keep leaves out of a swimming pool. They collect the paint chips but dont get heavy with water.
Solid tarps float the chips back on the ground.
Wont the person you subbing from give you a clue as to how much they are willing to pay or are they shopping? $500 per day and ill give you 8 hours of me and my equipment.[on the job] Chem extra. That is what i would bid it at US$$ PAYMENT DUE AT END OF JOB.
