I just got word last week that our first design is still going strong. If you remember right, we sold the unit for about 90+ k a few years ago. Took that money and added another 30 k and build the one we have today.
The unit below has over 1400 hours or about 8 hours of use a week. No problems reported. Not an unloader, fittings, oil leaks ... nothing. Only had the hoses replaced for safety reasons. The smaller diesel engine and boilers are still strong.
This was our first unit, and ya, there are some design flaws that we corrected in our newer unit.
If business keeps exceeding expectations as it has done these past few years, we will need to build another unit with an improved trailer design. As far as the pressure washer/ hydraulics are concerned, we think the newer designed unit we have now has been proven and nothing more is needed.
