"Up for sale is this Honda powered pressure washer. This one is used but never abused, having been garage stored always. This has a Honda engine, 11 HP and puts out 3000 PSI. It will clean the heck out of something! Has electric start and a new battery, although it needs to be charged. I will put a charger on it. New ones like this one sell for $800 to $1000 in stores like Northern Tool. email me with any questions. Thanks for looking! (See pictures below)"

Said it was purchased when northern tool was northern hydraulics?

Electric start, gear drive large frame General pump...good components...rather old, I'd say...you buying or selling? If a new battery is dead, the charging system needs some attention...

thanks Russ i bought her last week buffed all the minor rust spots and painted. she turns over like a charm! i love her hehe.. should i replace her fluids plugs etc.??
Ron i would be happy to discontinue my DOG registration and start afresh with all the information (name ,ph.#, e-mail and website) you need. how do i do it?

today while washing a house a milky oil+ water mixture was dripping from pump. after viewing what looks like a light rue in the sight glass was very concerned....
did a search and hope this quote is correct?

"Milky oil is a problem will ALL pumps. All pumps have a breather and as they get hot the air in them expands out through the breather. When you switch it off the pump cools and draws in air that is normally humid. The water condenses and next time you use the pump mixes with the oil. Over time the amount of water increases and so the oil goes milky. This is normal when operating in a damp environment. There is no cure except to change the oil from time to time. (Like it says in the book!!)"

and this quote is wrong?

"The V-Packings keep the water in the head. There are also oil seals that can go bad, and they can be replaced. You have to take off the head, and remove the plungers, then pull them out, and replace with new ones. It is not too hard of a job, but I usually end up throwing the whole pump out and spending $300 for a new one."

hmmm I hope he took the battery off of the machine when he charged it.
