Old Cedar Painted Deck

I will be looking at an old cedar deck. I'm told the paint is chipping and old. The homeowner will re-paint after I'm done removing the old paint.

Any special suggestions regarding cedar? Should I use a 30 min. stripping product first or just use the pressure washer by itself?
