Ok Guys and Gals startup begins!

I know most of you will tell me do what feels good, but I have three weeks to decide on the unit that I will be getting for my new company. many of you have helped me with most of the details, brushes, chems, prespray pumps and setup.
Now the big Question is what Power Washer do you recomend, if your at the liberty to say so! I want to wash everthing that I can to start off with until I find my nitch. Hot seems to be a must.
Thanks Mikey @ WorldWash

(PS) You all are the Pros in the business.:)

If your going to buy a hot water PW I would reccommend LANDA. You may pay a little more for this type of machine but I think its worth it.

There are alot of other named Powerwashers out there but to make it easier I'll break it down like this. THere are Murray Lawn mowers that have briggs engines and then there are Scag Mowers that may have the same type engine. But the Scag Mower will go for ever where the Murray Mower will break down alot and should only be used for Joe the homeowner. Ones built tough where the other one is well you know...

If I had to rate Machines I would put these ones in the top four,
Landa,Hydrotech,Alkota and Mi-tm.
If money is tight then Delco,Simpson andTuffy. There good machines for the money. I only go with the best and then you have all the rest.

Hi Mike,

I've been down this road. I've learned alot about buying equipment. Give me a call or send me an email. I'd be more than happy to share my experience with you.

Gotta agree with John on that one, Landa is well worth the money. We've never had problems with them and any time we have a part that needs replaced we figure out what's wrong, call our dealer and the part gets shipped to us. Plus, you can also get them for good prices at Grainger, which I just learned about this year. Grainger is one of these massive warehouse type companies for construction and trades industries. Great place to get safety cones and basically anything else related to equipment or tools. But the fact that they sell Landa machines and parts is actually kind of nice especially if you don't have a local Landa dealer in your area like out here in Pittsburgh. I still like our dealer, but they are halfway across the state. Don't expect service if you try the Grainger route though, this is mainly just for price. You might get a pretty good deal if you call your local Landa dealer and then compare them to Grainger and play them off each other though. Great thing about that situation is you can buy it through Grainger and your local dealer still has to honor the warranty for work on it. They'll bitch but they can lose their dealership if they play games only fixing the machines they sell.
