It's a pretty safe bet that if Scott says he knows about Mormons, that means he's studied them...I disagree with his assertion that being a Mormon makes one a Christian...but I don't doubt he's studied them.

When they pray through Christ and try to live the word, why wouldn't they be my Christian brother?
BTW, I live in Utah but am not Mormon (or LDS as they like to say).

Uhm, I can safely say that I have thoroughly studied mormon doctrine, the teachings of Joseph Smith, Brigham Young et. al. and read the Book of Mormon, I also have studied the Bible, and thoroughly understand how it relates to the LDS church. Additionally, I know that the name of the church is "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints"

Not interested in the LDS church. Just interested in whether or not you knew the teachings of the church in regard to Salvation, God's origination, Joseph Smith's status compared to Christ, etc.
