Today I am bidding on an apartment complex the buildings are 10,282 sq. ft. each. 2 story. There are 13 of them. Their main problem are the gutters. These buildings are not that dirty. How much do you all move the pricing for a place that is done on a yearly basis compared to an occasional cleaning?

Apartment complex gets the discount in year 2 and so on, never ever up front.
