Not chasing every greasy spoon

I am trying to grow my buisness and I feel the need to focus my efforts on trying to land jobs such as colleges, nursing homes, schools, hospitals and hotels. Hoping to get some feed back where to start and information on how to bid for these jobs. For example how often do these jobs become available for bidding? Any help would be greatly appreciated.:help::speechless::scratchhead:

Go by and talk with them, they should be able to tell you when to bid and what is required

exactly, some even have a procurement department depending upon the type of property

Most government procurement fiscal year begins Oct 1. So you are too late for this year. Do your research and prepare for next year.
