How about after this Jersey RT we plan one for Long Island where it's done from noon till 6 so we can all get up late(getting early in my book is only for work) do a 4-6hr afternoon gig then do a dinner whoever wants to go where we can bull jazz about this RT afterwords.. Thats my speed:)

K I hijacked the NJ RT post. Back to that John D. What date are you leaning towards picking?
 
Maybe next year, I need more time to plan if I want to do this right.
 
We are in the middle of constructing a warehouse building and office for our company. Construction should be finished early spring. Maybe we could throw a nice round table or just a giant spring kickoff party next year at our location. (PIG ROAST) Will talk with John D and see what we come up with.
 
Hey Jim-- let me know what you plan on doing there. I have a connection in the fish industry and if your into clams on the half shell I get the Bushels (400 clams) in the best place in the world for cost(they'll run around upwards $2 each one in a restaurant where I get them right out of the water for .15-.20 cents each)

Speaking of Emeril who's another northerner hanging out in the South, I'll be at has place again at the NOLA event in 3 weeks. I love these guys who do the Southern hospitality thing like there from there and there more North then we are...lol

NJ CLAM BAKE! To kick off the season. Now we are thinking out of the box/bushell. I love it!! We will put this together for next spring and not to interfear with ACR.
