I at first thought it was a service company with the long list.

I know a company simular, but they sub most of the different services out

Nickel, don't take all the posts to heart. The meet and beat any price just is a red flag and gets every bodies blood hot a little. most here fight the lowballer mentality for one reason, We want to keep offering professional services at professional rates and not kill our entire industry. I have met others rates, but do not advertise that way. I do it n case by case basis with a few trusted managers, that usually give me very good rates. Occasionally they will ask me to match or usually drop my rate a little so they can insure they get our company and the HOA gets qulity work. I have rejected some rates before even to my best managers and they understand. Heck they have lowballers in their industry too and fight that mentality


If I offered so many services I would go nuts, just to much and I lik the specialty aspect of just washing
 
I wish all my competitors had the meet and beat the price on there sites. They can have all those customers, hopefully they have called that guy first and didn't waste my time providing something they were never going to buy anyway. Sorta save me some time, hope all customers find those guys.

My customers are not looking for him. Mine know that meet and beat means possibly cutting corners, the risk they too could loose there job over what? Saving a few dollars.

In the end who pays for lower price? They DO!!! Maybe with there own families food
