I grew up the next street over from him. His dad owned a full serve carwash on the corner of Miller and McDowell. The dad was a bit eccentric, and had a retired Indy car he used to drive through the neighborhood from time to time. As a kid, I thought it was so cool. Looks like his son made good.
 
Theres No Doubt Barrett Jacksons Collection is the best. The guy who invented window wipers had a bigger Garage and it was built into the side of mummy Mountain just on the other side of Barrett's home.

Oh and the 20,000 in that neighborhood is standard.

I know that car wash! I grew up right around the corner from there.
