New truck set up

The flanges are just 1 1/2 pipe flanges from Home Depot. Caulk around them with heat caulk or fire stop. I am a little lost about the reel question. They are mounted on the passenger side in the back. We still do a little over 1,000 residential house washes a year but typically we don't do them out of the box trucks. I just sold my last enclosed trailer to Guy so I am having to go back to the drawing board on what to send to residential versus apartments. The side doors I got online from an rv store. I cut out the frame, boxed it in, and installed the doors with stove bolts. The ladder sticks out about 18 inches now but I am cutting off one rung in length so it will fit flush. Basically it will be a 30' ladder.
 
Super nice really like the doors that will help alot on the heat issues.William you can go back to kohlors now you have space for them to breath.
 
Mine runs fine whats wrong with the gas over there.I think they were just gettting to hot and vapor locking i bet you put one in there with all that air and space and you will be ready to rock.Did you put those fans back in there or they laying around somewhere?
 
The kohlers run fine for 6 or 7 hours and then vapor lock, no matter how much air circulation. The fans were overloading the charging system and killing the batteries so I took them out. I sold 4 of the kohlers and kept one for another project. I know have 7 23hp briggs and they will run for 12 hours straight with no problems.

I know you don't like Hondas William, but you know how much we use them, 8, 10, 13 hours 5, 6 days a week and I never have problems with them. Some are 6-7 years old and really haven't replaced anything of the engines. My guys give them a beating and they take it. Might want to consider them. I have the 20 & 24hp ones
