New Trailer Sign

got it on with heavy duty zip ties. Not sure how well it'll hold, but couldnt think of anything else. Its aluminum, so any bolts would bow it...any suggestions?

It's aluminum and you just zip tied it :confused:

why didn't you just bolt it ???? i have a wood sign on my lawn care trailer i bolted it and then drilled really small holes through it all over (you can't see the holes) to help with the wind . .. my uncle works for a sign shop and he told me that the wood sign is the cheapest and normally the most sturdy

You might drill small holes to allow the wind to go through the sign? We completly changed ours because of the wind problem. We cut the back of our gate down to 18". Your sign looks great. Nice photos. Thank You.
 
When I get my new truck sometime this year I am going to stay with magnetic signs.. .. When I go on long road trips to clean I don't like to run with signs on because the first rock I pop up into someones windshield will end up costing me .. and boom there's my phone number right on the side of my truck... I mainly run my signs on my truck when I am in town.. But I really like your sign ...

I wanted a wood sign, but all the sign guys told me it would end up rotting, and this sign would last a whole lot longer.

We thought about bolting it, but he only way to do it is to get long bolts with half threads, and hope it doesn't bow the sign out when we tighten it. We've used it for a couple days now about 60 miles each way (total of 240 miles) and it is holding pretty well. We probably will drill some holes though.
