New To Recovery And Recycle

I have been pressure washing for over 10 years and we do a bunch of residential (60+ jobs a month) and some commercial but I have mostly avoided the city of Houston because of the waste water laws and the headaches involved. I am working on a bid to clean literally MILLIONS of square feet of concrete and hundreds of buildings over 3 years so it is about time I figure this stuff out (better late than never?) I have to get the permits and equipment and there will be a learning curve there but I can't have a learning curve on the bidding process.

My question is this: What is a standard markup for reclaiming and recycling vs. just standard surface cleaning? Lets say I would charge $.10 per square foot with no reclaim or recycle am I looking at $.15? $.20? $.25 with reclaim and recycle and all that is involved wit it?

I don't know if there is an exact amount you would want to go up in price.
Some jobs might be .15 and others might be .25 depending on how complicated the job is going to be.
The number of drains that the water is going to run into while washing can increase your setup and roll up time, the amount of dirt you are cleaning could also clog up the filters faster or slower.
Lots of variables...

Thanks Ben, the plan is to use the surface cleaners that reclaim as they go to simplify those kinds of things. And I'd plan to blow the areas of debris before we clean them to keep the filters clean longer. I know I will need at least 1 extra man just keeping the reclaim equipment up and running and hoses out of the way, etc. I want to play by the rules and do things right the first time so everyone is happy :)

I was thinking about it and doing that much sqft and doing it systematically you probably could figure out a sqft price that evens it all out, it might be a little low on some jobs or a little high on others but over millions of sqft i think you'll be ok

Anyone else wanna help a brotha out and chime in here? Not looking for your exact pricing process just get a general idea of how much more goes into it and what a standard markup is over non reclaim concrete cleaning.

I have heard that the prices right now have raised intensively. I don't know what was the reason, but I guess the price of gas and other fundamental raw materials. Anyway, the most pleasant thing is that people do care about recycling the water used in the cleaning. in fact, we should all start by just recycling our garbage. For example, as I do by calling birmingham rubbish removal services. They come to my house, empty the rubbish bins and then recycle the trash. Isn't that perfect?
