If you are " Taking the creme off the cement" it has to do with too much pressure for the gallons per minute.
Simple example. You have a scab on the back of your hand. You have 2 knifes. You take the sharp one and apply pressure to scrape off the scab substance. You end up cutting the skin. You take that butter knife and apply same pressure. You end up removing the scab without cutting the skin. The blades are ever so different in size. But the Sharp knife is just a thinner blade and ends up cutting the skin over the butter knife.
This is the same with the water. The thinner the spray ( Less GPMs) the sharper the water will be and it will "cut" the cement.
You have Four choices.
1. Turn your unloader down to a lower PSI or...
2. Change your nozzles to 25 degrees as Russ said
3. Change the nozzle to 3.0 or high. ( This will give you a " Thicker Spray" but lower your psi) This I think would be the preferred method.
4. Do a combination of them like #2 & #3
4.3 Gallons per minute is difficult, not impossible though, to clean " Cheap " Cement. If you plan on doing just cement only, you should consider a larger pump in the future.
