Sorry buddy, I've been away for awhile. Right now we ask that you send it back annually to be serviced and calibrated. There are check valves that need tending too, but if you flush system and leave it in water daily it could go way past a year between servicing. I know what bleach can do... This is made for bleach.
 
Wow. Just got ours hooked up last week and using it. We love the proportioner. Saves so much time and way more easier to use than I thought. If you use a dedicated pump yo spray roofs, houses, etc you should have one these.

Well we've done a few roofs with our proportioner and I am so happy we have one....it's so nice not to have to stop to make a batch of mix while on the job, no more having to have 12V pump on the trailer for transferring, and the fact that we can adjust our mix on the fly is priceless. We are actually using way less bleach than when we were mixing because the guess work is eliminated now. Oh and so easy to rinse out the pump when done. If there ever was a piece of equipment that should be mandated to have for roof cleaning or cleaning exterior's with a dedicated pump, then this would be it. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

Glad to hear you say that Doug. I decided to go with the Proportioner on the skid I ordered. Are you spraying with your air pump?
 
Yes. Using 3/8 all flow.

Ray uses a 3way at the proportioner on his soap intake. One side goes to a fixed tank and the other line is free for dropping in 5 gallon jugs. He uses it for degreaser, etc...
