New rig almost complete

Thats what I usually do Mike, turn the water on pull the trigger till I don't hear any air and have a constant stream of water then I turn the engine on. When i am done using it I turn the machine off then shut the water, but I would think water stays in the pump. Will it damage it, if it stays there?

Hector, leave water in the pump. It will help prolong the life of the seals and packings.

how is this engine holding up? thinking about purchasing one and adding a pump on but cant find any reviews on the engine for pressure washing.

Hello Vinny, its a new rig so I have ran the engine for about 5 hours now but I have no complains it starts on the first pull every time (it has electric start but I have not bought a battery). so hope fully it will stay running good for a while.
