What type of New Residential Exterior Cleaning are you doing most of?

I enjoy cleaning vinyl mostly.

What chemicals do you guys use for stucco?
 
We use Sodium Percarbonate to clean stucco. Has not failed us yet. Low pressure around 200-400 psi.
 
Have you tried bleach?
