What do you guys think of these? Which would you use? What would you change? They will be the 5x8 size. I'm thinking of doing a mass mailing then another 2 months later with personal visits in between to most of the locations.

My lady has designed every card .....and they have changed alot

Look at another point of view-most customers would have no idea what those picture are-they have never been to the roof-use a picture of their hood not the roof and fan.

The use of three colors is confusing, try to keep continuity in the color scheme. Label the before and after photos.

I was thinkng along the same lines as David. If you do before and afters you need to explain what they are seeing, and that may be a little too much info for a mailer. I keep the card simple with no pictures, just a logo a short description of services and a contact number. I also include my web address, if they want to see pictures there are plenty there.

I like the third one but I think Dave is right about the hoods. The last card we had designed cost me over a grand JUST FOR THE DESIGN but it was worth every penny. It is is bringing in so many leads Chris cant keep up. I'm sure you can find a pro that will do it for less than that but I have gone the self made route and the pro route and I get maybe 25-30% more calls off the pro card.

My mailer was thru Rusty and postcard maina. I found that the good looking card gets tacked up on a wall or stuffed in the drawer and you get calls months after they have been delivered. I allways ask how they found out about us when I am talking to them even when they don't decide to go with us ( if they speak enough english to be able to understand)

The quality of materials from postcardmania is great. I have been doing mailings for about a month, but not getting the response I expected. It has been beneficial, about 12 new accounts out of about 20 leads from 4000 cards. I'm thinking of doing a brochure mailing insted of a postcard, costs more, but they say they are more effective.

I have done it both ways and continue to make my own sometimes.

I have companys that have corporate instections. its nice to send a personal card that just pertains to them.

I do agree with Matt, professional designers can work better and look bigger.

Call KBK graphix. He's going to Jamaica next week, might be a little difficult for him to find his phone through the smoke clouds.
