New Old Rig Or Old New Rig

Mark 8262

Residential and Commercial Pressure Washing Specia
A couple of months ago I picked up a unit from craigslist. A guy closed shop and was moving to Las Vegas. I bought a Landa 5 gpm 3500 psi hot water machine, nice single axle trailer, 250 gallon tank, 2 hose reels and hoses. He was asking $750, but couldn't get it started so I gave him $500. I put $225 in it and picked it up from the shop today, seems to run like a champ.

Now I have enough equipment to grow leaps and bounds in 2010. I have 3 hot water machines, 2 trailers & 4 surface cleaners. Unfortunately I have more equipment than work. I'm not complaining I'm paying the bills, but ready for big things in 2010. I have kept an eye out for deals. I paid $500 for the rig, I paid $250 for a brand new 21" Mosmatic surface cleaner. There are still people struggling and deals to be found.

Hoping to go to NOLA 2010 to learn something about fleet washing and wood working

No, My name is Mark Sexton and I have not registered yet. It looks like I'll make it right now, but won't know for a few days. I have a sick in law that lives with us that has not been feeling well. Waiting to see how she doing.

See!!! This is what I have been talking about!!!! MAN I'm Jealous, that's a Great Deal!!!!

That same rig bought new would range anywhere from 8 to $12,000.00 bucks!!!

And guess what? It's gonna to make more money for you, because you will recoup your money in just a few jobs. Then the rest is pure profit!!!!!

SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im jealous! Ive watched all winter for someone needing to unload a good machine. I came across a few but nothing "special". Finally gave up and bought a new coldwater machine to back up my old hotwater mach.
But heck if the right deal came along tommorrow id buy it anyways.

Mark, I think the hotel block has expired and passed. You will need to call Thad tomorrow and see if you can get a room.

Sorry to hear that.

Yeah, it has expired but I can still get you a a room at the reduced rate. You have to call the sales director Margie directly. The number is on the registration site.

Seats are filling up fast. There won't be anything this close to you until next year, so I hope you can make it.

The empty trailer would have sold here for $500.00 They think they are made from gold around this place.
Nice find it should work out well for you, you can't lose money on it unless it gets stolen before you use it.

this is an envious "you suck" from me. That was an amazing deal. Even if you had to replace the engine, you would have still been money ahead.

Pressure washer? Who about the boat behind it in picture #1

I bought that boat new in May of 2008. I've had it for 2 summers and have only put about 30 hours on it. I'm going to make time for myself this year and do some fishing

Nice,
TAKE THAT LITTLE GUY IN YOUR AVI OUT WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO!

I went to NC about 10 days ago for a puppy drum blitz that had been going for 4 days. We fished the reels off and had a great time.
