Haha Chris, you got that right. My dad sold one of his rentals in San Diego about 6 years ago...a 1400sf condo about 20 min inland for $450,000! That's one big reason I'm not in Cali any longer.

Hey russ we had a house about that size over in Richland go for 269000 , A buddy of mine at the bank offered it to me .. Now is the time to buy .. Plus I believe you still get that gov money until April.. Plus you cant beat all that space.. Heck I miss living in the country.. And the house is realy nice.. ( How does the inside look)?
