New Filter Holder to make pressure washing easier

This thing is so easy to use, easy to set up, easy to clean and set up at the next job.

I've cleaned a lot of BK's and those cartridges are a pain to pressure clean. I set this little thing up right in the mop sink and voila, it holds it so that I can actually clean it and have all of the grease and grime go right down the drain.

Boy, I cant tell you how many pairs of boots I’ve gone thru cleaning filters alone. Stand alone invention would be great.

Just to clarify. You don't have to stand on it. I put my foot there to show that it has a place for your foot if you so choose to stand on it.

I've cleaned many a filter without touching it.

It is a free standing unit and works very effectively.

O, OK. I have hundreds of jobs and not once have I ever not been able to prop them somewhere to clean. My objective view is, for example one job that I do has 36 filters in one of the three hoods. I set them in 6x6 rows and wash 6 across at one time. Takes a little under 30 minutes(very dirty). I could image one at a time would take me an hour or two. Sorry just my view.
By the way, I was wondering last time my post got booted for advertising something for real on this part of the site! mikey

The advertisement is elsewhere. This is a discussion. See, difference?

Where I clean, I can't clean them outside, so I clean them in the mop closet one at a time so that all of the waste is collected and goes down the drain.

EPA is becoming more strict in some areas.

Ok I See, didn’t you hear that Bush cut the EPA for the new social security tax reform. it’s a free for all, not like this stuff is nuclear waste! Thanks for getting the hinge kits for me so fast.

One of our groups in the LA area (near the ocean) have to collect the run off from the roof with vac booms. They have to pick up whatever they put down and haul it off via a tanker to an approved disposal site.

Not so bad here yet, but why attract attention when you can be inside, out of site, cleaning away.

No problem about the hinges. I like the ones you got a whole lot better than the previous ones. Cheaper too.

That's nice and all but the one I had in my mind holds the filter in places and also flips the filter over with I don't know maybe a lever that you push with your foot.

BASF We don't make the products you buy, we make the products you buy better.

The way this one is designed, it has 2 "tongs" in the back and 2 "tongs" in the front with 2 small tabs about 2/3 of the way down. The back tongs lock into the filter keeping it from going side to side, and the 2 tabs lock the fliter in place preventing it from pulling out when you are pressure washing it.

The front tongs hold the filter against the back tongs.

Then it is counterbalanced in the back so that when you set the filter in place, it doesn't topple over.

Simple, no moving parts, nothing to break, sturdy, easy to use and clean.

It has been my experince that if you lay the filter down you get a "soak time" as the chems and hot water stay in place longer.

Looks like it will blow over at the first sign of pressure applicated? Would have to carry bricks or something else to put on it to prevent it from blowing over.
Either that or extend the legs So you dont have to put your foot on it,Keeping dry and the chemiclas off you is the name of the game.

Just seems like another useless gizmo to keep track of. My 2 cents. GOAT.

Actually, I spray all of the filters, let them soak, then insert them into the holder one by one to pressure wash.

You don't have to hold it with your foot. It has a foot print of about 18" by 18" square and is counterbalanced so that it doesn't blow over or topple over.

It's light weight, easy to set up, easy to toss back in your trailer.

Because it holds the filters at the perfect angle for pressure cleaning, you don't have to find a curb or have them keep toppling over.

I think that you truly have to try it to see if you like it. Me personally, it's the best thing that I've ever used.

We cant see the back of it. Take a couple more pictures from different view points so we can see the stabilizer legs.
The way it looks in the picture is that you have to keep your foot in place. GOAT

Will do.... (wouldn't let me use less than 10 characters).
