I too would like to see your design. We have a couple of customers that we boil the filters using their own appliances and the filters have never looked better except when they were brand new but its hard to tell the difference when cleaning them this way.

My partner is modifying the desing and pricing the tank at this very moment. Unfortunately his is very particular which is a nice way of saying ANAL. Anyway thanks for the responcses and I will get the info soon.
