Tomorrow I'm giving a quote on some balconies in a brand new Condo complex. The quotes are for washing the balconie before they are sealed.

Question ? ?
Wash in Hot or Cold water? There is no knob to adjust the temp, never was.

Just water, or light duty concrete cleaner.

I'll see the different size decks tomorrow, so then I'll see what to charge.
