new bid question

I am trying to find work at some larger companies like chains and franchises and they want a letter of introduction and then i can be put on their bidding list. can anyone help me on what this should include or maybe better even send me a sample letter thanks for any and all help and suggestions.

Somewhere on that site there is a discussion going on about intro letters.........maybe Ron M. can shoot us a link.......? I dont have the time right now to look it up.
