New and improved postcards

I don't do postcards to residential prospects any more. I only send them to previous customers, my Real Estate and Property management customers and to businesses. I follow up with a phone call to all but the businesses. The businesses have gate keepers that are impossible to get past. I am currently contemplating a strategy for the businesses involving a visit but haven't decided on it yet.
