Well i picked up a new account yesterday and it has 3 stores and closed them on a biweekly but. I was pulled over leaving the HD parkinglot. by a lady she said she saw me cleaning one night and now she sees me here. We Bs'ed for a while then she tells me she likes my work. Im like????? I did a free job for a church and she was impressed. O Ok now i get it. they have a guy doing it for 2years with a cold water craftsman PW and were happy with him. I had tried sevral times to get in with them and no dice. Its a small chain but it has a good amount of crete. they paid this guy $250 a month and he would do them. now they pay me $195 on a bi for each store(takes about 2hrs per store). after the demo they had no prob paying more. we start after the first. All have initial cleaning costs. 2010 is looking good so far.
Point being.... "you gotta give a lil to get a lil"

Russ, towards the middle to end of 08 we started anticipating problems payment problems and began calling before we even sent bills out. For example, some of our annual customers were switched over to monthly or quarterly payment plans.

As a last ditch effort some were given complimentary one time coil cleanings with the pitch that the money they spend on filters will be saved in their energy bill over the summer with clean coils.

It must have worked. We haven't had a cancellation since July or so that I remember.

It's much harder to get them back after they've canceled though. They are trickling back in.

2010 is looking very good for us also. Have already signed a multi year multi garage sweeping deal for $4985.00 per month and a contract pending for $10k plus per month for 2 garages. Cleaning different levels each month in 2 garages.

we just landed a 50000 plus sq.ft. coating removel.its a perment polymer anti graffiti coatingthat the top layer is crusty looking but the under layers is some of the toughest coating out .cant wait for it to worm up.

We just picked up a small group of properties today, got that infamous call at 8:00 after about 2 hours of sleep stating we just acquired 164 properties. What a way to wake up
