Mainly I am a roof cleaning guy, lately I've been advertising the full package to get my name out there more and try and get multiple package deals for folks. Anyway I got a call the other day about a condo association that wants around 40 condos/duplexes washed in various degrees. She sent me a big list with all different addresses listing various things....power wash north side...wash railings...gutters....sometimes full buildings. How do you guys go about bidding these things? Roofs are straight forward, this is not. I'll probably soft wash them, then use a power wash to rinse. I need to bid and not lose my ass, yet I really want this big job....what do you guys suggest? I'll try to get some pics. I believe it is all vinyl, only went by there last night...going there today.
