Need Help! Metal Roof Cleaning built on a lake! Literally over the water!

I need some help, I am bidding on a metal roof cleaning that is built over a lake! The front half is suspended over a man made fresh water lake that is filled with bass, turtles, gators and they said they get otters during season. I am going to use a boom but They don't want the roof mix to effect the water life and kill off the animals, What can I do to minimize run off or any at all? I was thinking a wholeee lot of roof snot?

Any help will be very appreciated I would like to get them a bid made up and present tomorrow
 
forgot to mention not a single gutter anywhere
 
Anyone have any advice??
 
I don't walk on roofs, especially metal roofs. They are like slip n slipdes lol...even if that was an option way too steep

I don't think a boom lift is going to help seeing how big the roof is. Especially the part over the lake. The roof does look pretty flat so you might be okay. You might need to get some safety equipment. I think you'll gonna have to walk the roof, just take some safety precautions before you do and walk in areas that are dry. For instance I would start at the edge of the roof and work backwards. I would also get some not slip boots, that might help as well. And if you can get some safety straps and roof anchor as well. Though in my opinion because there's not that much of a pitch I don't think it's necessary.

Th picture doesn't do it justice, the area near the roof line can be walked but I sell the fact on not stepping foot on the roof. The top peaks are very steep and would be impossible to walk either way you tired. I have used 80' and 130' booms before and that would work perfect but Im just worried about the fish with soft washing.
 
even with a liability release I dont want an entire dead pond of fish on my conscious...the more and more I think about it the faster I want to run away lol I am just going to call in AM and explain my reason for not being able to clean the roof and the effect of any cleaning company will have on the lake life, and I appreciate them for thinking of us and allowing us to bid on the project, but unfortunately we will have to walk away...then Ill tell them if they install gutters to give me a call back lol
 
Our Green Wash can be released directly into water. It is biodegradable and non-hazardous. So can our Bleach Wash. It would shine the roof up nice.

Do it Dan don't pass on this job! Hahah jk just do what you think it's best even though I'm a newbie and live close to coast I would surely do it
