Need feedback on my Louisville Pressure Washing website

Hey guys can you check out my site for pressure washing and roof cleaning in louisville. Doing final edits this week along with some graphic tweeks.
Most importantly I need to make sure every one is seeing the pop up video in the begining. I need input on quality, load time - you know all the usuals with video.

It is way to busy for my tastes. I understand the need to sell, sell, sell, but really, if it waslooking at your services, when I was leaving you page I would be bothered by the exit screens that offers a discount right away. I also did not like that the screen was changing as I read it. Then to have two pop ups on hitting the home page, crazy. Technologically, it is fascinating, and I would really be interested to see the effectiveness, but as a consumer, I would absolutely hate it. Of course, others may have a different opinion.
 

There are a few things, I would have preferred to have seen you walk out and do the presentation, the overlay screen is ok but the video/audio quality could be higher
drop down tags is not fully visible pass the green banner. "Lighting" is not selectable under commercial drop tab.
Click on "Commercial" or "residential" tabs without selecting one from the drop tabs, the page does not have any content other than the wed template
There is a "no results found" at the bottom of the page of "testimonials" tab

Photos do not show up under services tabs (maybe its something on my end)
The discount pop up cancel button does not always work to carry you back to page (sometimes its a blank page)
His res logo on "about us" page is selectable but carries you to a blank page

Can you have all photos of the same size in "gallery" so that the viewer would not have to move the mouse to scroll to the next, or have them click on the photo to go forward or back via the perimeter

how much bandwidth, seems like everyone was looking at since you posted and it started to slow down.
 
Very infomercialist....every time I switched to a different page the same recording would start playing. Couldn't get off it fast enough. Also I would keep my hands out of the view of the camera, they get very blurry with you moving them so much. I would suggest using a pro videographer. Lastly, if I am looking for pressure washing services, and I am driven to your site, I really don't care to hear about how you have changed your web site, I want to know what YOUR COMPANY can do for me. Didn't really look at everything as I found more annoying than anything.

AS Scott said, technological speaking it is great. Just doesn't seem to fit a services contractor, but, obviously youa re looking for something different and not the norm, and you did. Hope it works great for you.., what we as contractors think can be totally different than what the customer thinks.

Thats the magic words. I don't care how much it aggravates the person as long as it aggravates them into getting a quote.
I know that my site is not face book and that most of our visitors stay on our site for a very short time. I have tried to make this easy for them. MyEasyPro.com is not facebook so you aren't coming to hang out or just look at our pictures. You come to a service site with one thing in mind. GET AN ESTIMATE. I build a website with one thing in mind. GET THEM TO REQUEST AN ESTIMATE. This is the bare bones structure and once we get the blogs moved over it will be ALOT "thicker".
The blank pages will be fixed by the end of the week as well as those errors that were mentioned.

Scott. your problem is the only one that bothers me. this video is supposed to be set up to play only on the first view of the site (via cookies) do you have a special setting on? Are you other guys seeing the video on everypage?

Load times are fine on my end what pc and internet are you running? My new laptop has 8g ram and on 10 meg internet.
 
Those pop ups are awful man. Viewed on android the message from owner video cant be closed and it obscures the gallery. On the quote page another pop up comes up to fill out a quote. If Im already on the quote page filling out the form you dont need the same form to pop up again.

Dj I would put a picture rotator on the home page of pictures. Pressure washing, Landscaping, ice mgt, and lighting. The BBB and org rotator pics are good but imo would have their own page. When you first land on your home page you really don't know what you do. Go to roof to deck and they have a video of a girl that come from the side of the screen and starts talking .....pretty cool..... Looks good.
 
It made me sea sick! I'm sure it is informative but it's not a site that suits my taste nor do other sites with that much going on. Maybe it's just me!! Sorry but that's my opinion........
 
Way too busy is all I have to say and I hate pop ups. I usally associate pop ups with scams. no offense.
