I can't agree residential is even close to being more profitable until I met Mike Hilborn who makes over 3 million do residential.

I want to pick his brain more about how he got to 3 million.

Mark from wheather shield also have a 2 million dollar mountain home. Residential has treated him nice, just doesnt seem like to many guys that successful unless they are keeping all the sectrets to themselves.

I was contacted by a company that had a job nearby if I was interested, They would use me for more work then also. The job is 2000 to 2500 sq' of sidewalk and they said it pays $80 monthly. I don't think I can afford to take a job like that.

We are picking up more and more retail sidewalk cleaning and the more we search the more we are running into the large management companies. Who are some of these companies that we need to get in touch with to offer our services? I have no problem working for these guys, with our equipment we can knock out the jobs quick and still make decent money.

About the company we spoke about last week. They will pay a 50.00 trip charge (anywhere in the state) and $50.00 an hour. Only on call, no set schedule, so they will be very nasty when someone gets around to calling about it. No Thanks

Also, got a call from Tech Wash about a $175 compactor an hour away. No thanks on that one either.

I have yet to come across one that made any sense for a company like mine, or anyone else for that matter.
