National Ad space?


Does anyone want to share ad space? Please call me it’s expensive but I think if we had multiple contractors we could do it.

This is for commercial interest only, the magazine I will send or e-mail a copy if you publicly post interest.

Mike your contract was good, I like it. Sorry it took me so long to reply. I didn’t see anything wrong. Maybe the net was to short, that’s a matter of preference. I have just found that most management company’s want 30 days.

I will change that. I am looking at hiring a salesman to do the commercial selling. I don't know, it has gotten pretty cold here really fast so I had to start bartending again and maybe doing some rest. mgmt. That coupled with my daughter is leaving me no time to tie my shoes let alone measure any centers. I have fallen so far behind, I still have proposals to send out from a few weeks ago. Out of curiosity, do you give your salesmen commision only or salary plus comm.? Just curious.

Thanks, I was just checking out BOMA, and thought it would be a good idea to be a member, 750 a year. kind of steep, but I guess If you want to run with the big dogs...
