Why do a 12 month contract ? Food for thought ..... when not do a service contract that you clean every 30 days with no end date.

I tried that but he said all he was allowed to sign was 12 months at a time.

I think what Russ means is to have him sign a maintenance agreement where he pays per 30 days and that's it with no end date, that way he never signs a 1 year contract

if your on a monthly service for a year and they want to cut you after 4 month they will just cut you regardless of the contract because its not worth it for either of yall to go after it legally

with a monthly open ended contract it never ends so long as business is going good they keep using you, compared to at the end of the year they might feel compelled to go shopping around because "the contract is over"

I dont word my stuff like this but i think its a great idea
