Nastiest restraunt I have ever cleaned

Went and cleaned a new location today for the first time. I am very surprised that the health department hasn't shut them down. This was disgusting and they paid dearly for it. This is the third one I have gotten recently from this same chain. The other two were dirty but no where near this bad.

We've cleaned some Chili's almost that dirty and went back a few days later and they almost had it that dirty again in just a few days. One we did got nasty again in just one day! some do a lot better than others at trying to keep it clean.

I used to Clean a Durango Steak house here in town. It only took them a few days to mess it all up also. Their budget only allowed for a 1 time per month cleaning. It used to sicken me going there to clean it. I took care of it for over 3 yrs. I was actually getting ready to jump my price way up or quit the job when they closed up. I was actually relieved.

It is a shame that the employees don't care enough about the place that employs them to take better care of it.

I guess it is job security for those that take care of them.

The GM insured me it wouldn't get that nasty again. He signed a 30 day, 12 month contract, so we'll see.

Why do a 12 month contract ? Food for thought ..... when not do a service contract that you clean every 30 days with no end date.
